SERVICES WE PROVIDE:
National Debt Crisis is a financial analysis company offering financial analysis services, including the Personal Credit Coach,
to the general public in an effort to bring the consumer to a state of debt awareness about, and improvement of, their
financial situation. The Personal Credit Coach includes a Monthly Email with your credit score trend, Credit Monitoring,
Up to $25,000 in Identity Theft Protection insurance, Fraud resolution service in the event that you become a victim of
identity theft, budgeting tools, financial education resources, credit management tools and much more. Client will be
provided with a user name and password for accessing the Services. We refer our clients to a third party debt solutions
agency upon clients consent. We may act as an intermediary between our clients and their debt solutions agency prior to
enrollment with the debt relief agency. We are available for telephone calls between the hours of 8am - 12am EST to
make changes to or answer questions regarding the financial analysis. Our toll free number is 888-795-7674.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We primarily gather personal information directly from you to help us serve you better. We obtain this information from
applications and other materials that you submit to us requesting our service. We also obtain information from telephone
conversations and from your dealings with others. For example, when you enroll in our financial analysis program you
provide us with your name, address, employment information, income, social security number, credit card account numbers,
asset information, birth date, etc. We may also collect information about online activity on our Web Site, in order to make
our site more usable, but we do not collect information that identifies you as an individual without your knowledge. This
information is collectively termed "nonpublic personal information". Throughout this Notice, we will refer to it simply as
"personal information".
IS PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED WITH OTHERS?
We use the information we collect to help us provide the services to you. We must provide your information to an
"unaffiliated third party debt management agency" so that they may provide you with third party debt management services.
We may also share the information we collect about you with companies that perform support services on our behalf, such
as information to process your electronic withdrawal of funds from your bank account. In the event that we use any
non-affiliated third party service provider to assist us in providing our services to you, and those services require us to
disclose any of your personal information, we require the third party to adhere to our privacy standards and to use this
information only for the limited purpose for which it was shared. We may also share your personal information as
permitted or required by law. You can be confident that National Debt Crisis Center does not sell your information to
any third party or provide such information to a third party for its own independent use. We respect your privacy and it
is for this reason we only disclose your personal information when it is necessary for us to do so in order to fulfill our
financial analysis contract with you. National Debt Crisis Center reserves the right to change the privacy notice in its
sole and absolute discretion. Any changes to this privacy notice will be communicated through National Debt Crisis Center
website located at www.nationaldebtcrisiscenter.com at least thirty (30) days in advance of implementation and will apply
only to that nonpublic personal information collected from you after the date of implementation.
HOW DO WE PROTECT THE CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY AND INTEGRITY OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?
We restrict access to your information to those employees who need to know your information to allow them to provide
services to you. Our employees are trained in the importance of maintaining confidentiality and privacy. We maintain
physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we collect about you. If you are transacting
business with us over the internet, we encrypt all information transmitted from your browser and our server. We also
protect our services with electronic firewalls. It is important that the information we maintain about you is accurate and
complete. If you see information in our records that suggest that our files are incomplete or incorrect, please contact
us so we may update the information.
